MASTER LIST

HOW LONG IS YOUR WAITLIST, WHAT NUMBER AM I?

This is the most common question, and subsequently the most difficult to answer. With the implementation of a MASTERLIST, we accommodate requests in the order of the list (order of deposits received). We do not hold you to a litter, and your deposit can be moved to a different litter at any time. While this process determines the initial line-up for selection it makes it hard to calculate the number of people on the list at any given time.

YOU MAY BE ASKING...WHY DO WE DO IT THIS WAY?

Let me enlighten you.

  • The litter may not produce the color or genre you were looking for.

  • If you are on the list for a specific litter, and the dog does not have puppies, or enough puppies to fulfill your requests, you would have to wait until that dog can be bred at the next appropriate time.

Everyone is kept on this MASTERLIST, holding your place in line. We then resort to the breakdown list based on size, color and breed specifications. You can be on ALL of these lists or just one, if preferred.

As puppies arrive, I begin the active process of MASTERLIST selection and confirmation based on the BREAKDOWN list. I will then reach out to you in regards to being assigned to a litter (s), followed up with confirmation dates on when puppies are ready to go home with you.

At this point we will confirm your desired sex of puppy. I expect you to reply in a timely manner (48 hours or less), as I will be needing to contact several people as I move down the list.

Please note that just because you agree to a litter, it DOES NOT mean you will HAVE to take a puppy from that litter. As mentioned previously, you CAN roll your deposit to another litter selection to accommodate preferences. You are NEVER stuck on a specific litter.

Please reference the PUPPY SELECTION page and how the process works if you have any lingering questions.

WHAT I CAN CONFIRM IS...

  • It is not unusual to go through dozens of people on a list. You could be last on the list and still be offered a puppy.

  • We have litters often and of multiple varieties. There is generally plenty of selection, with a wait list of approximately 6 months. This can also be dependent on your specific preferred criteria.

  • Over 1/2 of the people on each breakdown list are the SAME people. To further explain, we could have a handful of persons on a list interested in a small or mini Aussiedoodle, and half of those people could also have indicated preference for an Aussiedoodle of larger stature.

With 15 years and several different approaches to WAITLIST management, this method has proven to be the most strategic in meeting the needs of all parties involved.

We look forward to working with you and assisting you in the process of finding your Littleton Ranch puppy.
